The NHPZ Health Providers Working Group seeks to bring together a network of health providers working in the Promise Zone on a monthly basis to discuss opportunities for collaboration and funding partnerships.

  • Increasing access to pre-and-post-natal education​

  • Addressing youth mental-welfare and encouraging resilience
